Full-Stack Energy Management

From the cell up.
One architecture.

Starts at the cell: 1500 V BMS, designed for IEC 61508 SIL 2 and ISO 26262 ASIL B. Plant control runs at the edge, fully autonomous when connectivity drops; IT/OT separation enforced in hardware, NIS2 compliant by design. Portfolio monitoring runs in the cloud.

In production today

Monitored. Controlled. Protected.

Energy capacity under management across the plants we operate; measured at every layer of the stack.

Monitoring

by BMS 1500V

Cell-level safety enforced in hardware and firmware.

Products

The full
energy stack.

Three products built as a system. Plant-level intelligence runs locally on the Gateway; local SCADA, energy flow visualization, and Power Plant Controller (PPC) functions operate independently of cloud connectivity. Portfolio-level monitoring and profile management run in the cloud. The separation is intentional: OT data stays on the OT network, aligned with NIS2 and IEC 62443 requirements. The data chain from cell-level BMS measurements and asset serial numbers through to the cloud historian is structured for EU Battery Passport compliance.

Single-line diagram, energy flow, equipment status. Runs locally. Available without cloud connectivity.

EMS Cloud · Multi-site monitoring

Historian, events, profile management across all sites. OT data stays on the OT network; NIS2 compliant by design.

01 / EMS CLOUD

EMS Cloud

Portfolio View · IT-layer Monitoring

Portfolio-level monitoring across all plants from a single interface. Covers meters, PV inverters, battery systems, and battery inverters; data stored at 1-minute intervals with analytics from 1-minute to monthly aggregations, custom ranges, and exportable reports. Uptime monitoring tracks both network connectivity and equipment operational status across all plants. Push notifications with programmable thresholds: over-temperature, over-voltage, disconnected devices. The cloud layer manages profiles and historian data only; operational data is processed on the Gateway and stays on the OT network by design. Accessible as a PWA; no installation required.

02 / EMS GATEWAY

EMS Gateway

Plant View · OT-layer Intelligence

Industrial edge node that runs the plant. Integrates field devices over Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, IEC 60870-5-101/104, OPC UA, and CAN; covering the full range of protocols in industrial automation and energy infrastructure. Acts as a Modbus server with configurable register mapping; existing SCADA systems connect without modification while the field layer is replaced below. Functions as a PPC; executes active power, curtailment, and compensation profiles locally, independent of cloud connectivity. Local SCADA with single-line diagram: all field devices as nodes, energy flow and equipment status visualized with color-coded link states. Dual GbE interfaces enforce IT/OT network separation in hardware, a direct architectural requirement under NIS2 for energy infrastructure operators.

Partner with us

For installers
& integrators.

The Nokto stack is available under two commercial models. Deploy it under the Nokto brand, or available white-label under the integrator's own brand. Both models include the same hardware, software, and engineering support.

Partner

Nokto-branded

Deploy the full stack under the Nokto brand. Our brand remains visible to end customers as the technology vendor. Standard partner pricing.

  • EMS Cloud UI: Nokto branding
  • EMS Gateway: Nokto hardware labeling
  • BMS 1500V: Nokto logo on the PCB and SMU enclosure
  • Full documentation and technical support
  • Nokto-managed software updates included

OEM

White-label

The full stack under the integrator's brand. Logo, hardware labeling, cloud UI, and documentation carry the partner's identity. End customers see the partner brand, not ours. OEM pricing applies.

  • EMS Cloud: Partner's branding and domain
  • EMS Gateway: Partner's hardware labeling
  • BMS 1500V: Partner's logo on the PCB silkscreen and SMU enclosure
  • Documentation rebranded under the partner's name
  • Partner's resident engineer: Direct access to our infrastructure for independent update management
